This incident resulted in the temporary shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals sustained injuries by what is thought to be an irritant spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in the Lambeth area on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an attack at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the those hurt during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and have since been released.

Officers detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He has since been released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Authorities were called at approximately 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several people injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
